Once we know what you're looking for, we will determine if we have any vacancies that meet your requirements and send you a rental application. We require the following from all rental applicants:
Completed Westhead Property Rental Application
Employment Letter
Recent Paystubs
Previous Landlord Reference (If applicable)
Credit Score Report
Government Issued Photo ID
